Reception 2025 - 2026

Welcome to reception! We can't wait to share your first year in school.

Mr Hughes, Miss McCallion, Mrs Manning, Miss Barton and Mrs Flight.

 

Our PE day is Thursday - children will need a PE bag with black shorts, a white t-shirt and black pumps.

PE kits will be sent home to be washed at the end of each half term.

 

Forest school is Tuesday (RJH) and Wednesday (RRM) - children will need a pair of wellies in school. Whilst we do wear full waterproofs during inclement weather, uniforms might be a bit muddier than usual on these days.

 

Please clearly label all pieces of uniform, PE kits and wellies with your child's name.

 

Children will start to bring reading books home after the October half term. Books will be sent out on a Friday and should be returned to school the following Thursday.
