For our last full day at Bewerley Park we took part in an adventure and activity day. We split into our three groups, and did two different activities during the day, this including the brilliant Ghyll walking where we clambered, slid and splashed around the water, finally ending off with a spectacular jump off into a deep pool. We also got to explore the famous Brimham Rocks, scrambling around, over and through them. We even got to squeeze through the famous "smartie tube". The children were brilliant working in their teams, building their team building during the course of the day. Did you know that the Bee Gees have a video that uses the Brimham Rocks to promote one of their singles?
We made it back in time for another lovely tea, before enjoying a quick game of football and even found time for a spot of cricket. Tonight was the St Austin's talent show where we witnessed some brilliant acts from some solo singing to magic acts and even had a great singalong at the end of "Three Lions". Tomorrow we will be heading home, we hope all the children have had loads of fun and will remember their time at Bewerley Park for years to come.
