Today we visited the Eden Camp, an old World War II concentration camp ,which has been converted into a fantastic museum for prosperity and also education. Inside the camp it contained realistic recreations of everyday life during the wartime including street scenes following a bombing campaign by the Germans and even a walk-through a recreated German U-Boat. We enjoyed our time at the camp, had fun and learnt a lot.
Tonight we did some team work exercises up on the zip wires, gearing up for an activity on the high and low ropes. Some of us even performed the "Leap of Faith" jump, with all of the children joining in to cheer each other on. We will be closing the evening later with our talent show where everyone has a chance to take part and show off their talents. Bewerley Park has been great fun and I'm sure we will have lots of stories to tell tomorrow.
