Yoga Bears RCC
This week we have been introduced to Yoga bears by our Yoga Teacher Miss Reilly. We sat carefully and listened to her instructions about breathing and stillness.
We were taught different postions such as Downward dog, Warrior pose and Tree pose. We had lots of fun trying to stand still on one leg some of us were very wobbly!
All of us enjoyed the stillness and breathing exercises Miss Reilly taught us.
