Write a story in 100 words!

Have you got a great imagination?

Do you like writing stories?

Would you like to win a prize and have your picture in our school newspaper??

If you answered 'yes' to these questions then this is the competition for you!

Each edition of our newspaper we will be holding a 'short story writing competition' for the whole school to take part in!

We will give you a title and a blurb and the rest is over to you. You can let your imaginations run wild! There is only one rule: your story must be no more than 100 words long.

Stories can be handwritten or typed. Handwritten stories should be brought into school and given to Mr Hints; word processed stories should be emailed to school (enquiries@st-austins.co.uk)

Our favourite stories will be published in the school newspaper with the overall winner receiving a book token and their picture in the newspaper.

Follow the link below for this edition's title and blurb

GOOD LUCK!!
