SPANISH MATHS

 
Hello, I am Mr. Carlos Caceres, St Austin's Spanish Maths teacher.
 
This half term we have been learning a lot of new things in Spanish  matemáticas, also known as CLIL.
 
In Year 3 we are practising our numbers in Spanish up to 100, par e impar (odd and even), mayor que, menor que (greater than , fewer than), contar de 5 en 5, de 2 en dos,de 10 en 10, de 100 en 100, los números ordinales (ordinal numbers).
 
 
In Year 4 we are working hard practising our numbers in Spanish up to 9999, par e impar (odd and even), mayor que, menor que (greater than , fewer than), contar de 5 en 5, de 2 en dos,de 10 en 10, de 100 en 100,de 1000 en 1000, los números ordinales (ordinal numbers).
 
In Year 5 we are working and playing fun games to practise our numbers in Spanish up to 99999, par e impar (odd and even), mayor que, menor que (greater than , fewer than), contar de 5 en 5, de 2 en dos,de 10 en 10, de 100 en 100,de 1000 en 1000, multiplicar por 100 y por 1000,los números ordinales (ordinal numbers)
 
In Year 6 we are practising our numbers in Spanish up to 999999, par e impar (odd and even), mayor que, menor que ( greater than , fewer than), contar de 5 en 5, de 2 en dos,de 10 en 10, de 100 en 100,de 1000 en 1000, multiplicar por 100 y por 1000,los números ordinales (ordinal numbers).
 
 
When this term will be over I wish pupils were improve their spanish a lot and they have enjoying learning in Maths CLIL lessons in St. Austin´s. They are lovely and show interest in learning. Let's look forward to some more fun and good learning in Spanish Maths next week!
