PWHU - Vet - Mr McVey

Mr McVey came to visit us to talk about being a vet. He brought along an x-ray viewer and a little visitor.

He talked about his job looking after lots of different animals and told us a story of how he helped a tiger with toothache!

Mr McVey also brought along a milk snake called Tinkerbell. Miss Campbell was very brave and held Tinkerbell carefully so Mr McVey could tell us about snakes and what they eat.

Lots of the children also got the chance to stroke Tinkerbell - who was very well behaved.

Thank you Mr McVey for taking the time to come and speak to us about your job.
