International Languages Day
This week we celebrated International Languages Day.
The children focused on languages from around the world particularly those spoken in our classroom community. We chose Spanish and the children learnt Heads, Shoulders, Knees and Toes.
Also, we thought about how we communicate if we can't speak or hear. The children learnt some Sign Language, including how to say good morning and good afternoon.
Why not ask your child to show you what they have learnt?
