It seems that Spring has finally arrived and we have all enjoyed some outdoor learning, looking at different types of habitats and why some animals may be suited to living in those habitats around our school. We, also, considered other types of habitats around the World and animals which have become adpated to them. Can you remember how a polar bear stops itself from slipping and sliding on the polar ice and snow?
We have completed some interesting character work on a short film called 'Lucky Dip'. We all had different opinions on why the rabbit ran away, but agreed that appearances can be deceptive!
Coordinates work in Numeracy have taken us all around the city centres of both Liverpool and Belfast. We planned itninaries to visit attractions in these cities and became tour guides for the day!
Mrs Craven ,Mrs Docherty and Senora Justo have been very impressed with all the children's efforts in preparing for our Hispanic performance. Lines are being remembered very well now and the dancers have picked up their moves in no time! Estupendo! Let's keep learning!
