This morning, we continued our measuring work with rulers - measuring different things in the classroom. The reds and a few blues went outside to do some big measuring with a Brazilian theme. They were using metre rulers to measure out and try to draw a life size picture of the statue of Christ the Redeemer that we learned about yesterday. Everyone had some chalk, a plan to work from and a partner. It took quite a while (and we got a bit chalky) but eventually with some super team work, we got it done just before lunch!
He only had one arm in the end because the playground wasn't quite big enough!
